CLAIMS and RETURNS
All of our products are one of a kind. We use vintage Japanese fabric so sometimes there are slight imperfections. All of our textiles are very delicate, some are very old so merchandise cannot be returned and orders cannot be cancelled. Please choose carefully. If we didn't notice significant damage we may accept exchanges.
No exchanges after 30 days from the invoice date.
Please contact me if you have any problems with your order within 30 days from the invoice date.
There will be 20% restocking fee assessed for any exchanged item and the customer is responsible for shipping charges.
Regarding shipping Claims, we are not responsible for any delay or damage by the carrier.
Please direct such claims directly to the carrier.
